Brighten up the default WinRAR interface with clean, shiny icons from Windows 7.

Instructions:
-Download and unzip the file.
-Double-click one of the extracted files, and choose "Yes" when prompted to install the theme.
-In WinRAR, go to Options > Themes > Windows 7 Ultimate [64x64] (or [48x48]).
